Foundation initiated a campaign ‘Start from your own House- Serve the people who serve you’ and under this, distributed the grocery and necessary items to the underprivileged people such as Gardener, Garbage picker, Helper, Watchman, Painter, Milkman, Driver and Florist. Dream Buds Foundation under this initiative believes that everyone can start and extend a helping hand from one’s own house, which shall also help them adhere to the rule of being at home and maintain social distancing while serving the society at the same time. Besides this, the Foundation made a humble contribution to Chief Minister Relief Fund (Punjab).

Dream Buds Foundation donated N95 Masks, Infrared Thermometer and Hand Sanitiser at a Civil Hospital at Kharar in their ongoing fight towards the pandemic. As a token of gratitude, a box of refreshments were given to the doctors and medical staff at the hospital to recognise their efforts as front liners in the difficult times of Covid 19 pandemic. The team of the foundation also visited 104 Medical Helpline (which is at the forefront in dealing and guiding the people and patients in regards with Covid 19) and honoured each staff member with a token of appreciation and Hand Sanitiser for their continuous work in the battle against the pandemic.

Besides this, Dream Buds Foundation distributed grocery items to around fifty poor families of the ragpickers at a slum area on Kharar-Ludhiana road. Each family was provided with all the essential items of grocery for their usage in this hour of need. Because of the Lockdown, the families could not work and it had been getting difficult for them to manage their day to day expenses.
