Dream Buds Foundation believes in the team work and it is all because of the honest, hard working and committed team of the foundation who is working day in and day out to serve the humanity and bring a difference in the lives of the needy.

Dr. Avtar Singh

He is MBBS; MD (Ophthalmology) with Housejob in ophthalmology. He has served in Punjab Civil Medical Services in various capacities in the Health infrastructure of the State ranging from the primary to tertiary care Hospitals.He has held many Eye Camps and is an expert Ophthalmologist. He retired after serving for around 30 years. After retirement, he joined as Managing Director of 104 Medical Helpline (Punjab) which is a 24*7 Helpline that caters to any health related query of the people and gives them instant advice and

guidance along with apprising people of the various National and State Health programs for the benefit of the public. He brings vast administrative and clinical experience and his association with the foundation will be highly beneficial for the foundation in achieving it’s aims in an organised manner.

Jaswinder Singh Gulati

He has done Bsc LLB from Panjab University, Chandigarh and has been practising Taxation since last twenty years. He is an active team member in the working of Dream Buds Foundation and guides and advices the foundation on all the important matters related to finance, law and taxation. Jaswinder Singh Gulati is an expert in the taxation field in the region and has been working in the field since 2000.

He is actively involved in every initiative undertaken by the Foundation and is an indispensable support to Dream Buds Foundation. With vast experience in the academic field of taxation and law, he is also a fine human being who makes every possible effort to serve the humanity and Dream Buds Foundation is a step further towards the same.

Dr. Param Preet Ghuman

She is MBBS, PGDHA (Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Administration), MBA (HR) with Housejob in Gynaecology and Obstetrics and Paediatrics. She has served in Punjab Civil Medical Services as a Medical Officer, Senior Medical Officer, District Health Officer and opted for voluntary retirement thereafter in December 2017. She has around 28 years of experience ranging from grassroot rural level to the district level of healthcare and Employees State Insurance Hospitals.

Thereafter, she is active in various social activities. She is an asset to the Foundation and her experience and guidance will be of immense value to the Foundation.

Harish Chhabra

He is the Legal Consultant for Dream Buds Foundation. Harish Chhabra is an advocate practising at Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh and has been dealing in matters of Civil and Criminal fields since 1997. He is a qualified and senior mediator and trainer duly appointed by the Hon’ble High Court for the states of Punjab and Haryana. With a degree of Bachelors in Commerce from GGDSD College, Sector 32, Chandigarh (Panjab University) and Degree of Bachelor in Law (Professional) from the Department of Law,

Panjab University, Chandigarh, he is also enrolled with the Bar Council for the states of Punjab and Haryana and also with the High Court Bar Association besides the District Bar Association, Chandigarh. He is an accomplished professional advocate who has successfully managed case preparations and court proceedings over the years. With vast legal knowledge and experience, Mr Harish Chhabra is instrumental in providing legal expertise in the working of Dream Buds Foundation.

Anmol Sharma

Anmol Sharma does the photography and videography of the initiatives undertaken by Dream Buds Foundation and helps to bring forth and share the on ground moments and activities of the Foundation undertaken to support the underprivileged in the form of pictures clicked by him and through the videos captured by him. He has done BSc Animation from Arena Animation, Sector 17, Chandigarh in 2013 and post that he has been involved in various photography ventures in his life.

As a professional photographer, he has number of years of experience behind him and along side also pursues his interest in editing and cinematography. As a team member of Dream Buds Foundation, he feels that serving the society through his art of photography is the biggest blessing for him.

Hardeep Singh

Hardeep Singh has an expertise in Graphics, Motion and Web Designing and is managing the digital work of Dream Buds Foundation. He has done B.Sc in Multimedia and Diploma in 3D Animation Graphic Designing and has been working in the field since last eight years.

He is creative and works with full zeal, honesty and sincerity in managing the digital tasks of the Foundation and properly presenting the initiatives undertaken by the Foundation on the digital medium. Hardeep Singh feels fortunate that through the medium of Dream Buds Foundation, he has got an opportunity to serve the mankind through his field of expertise.

Tejinder Pal Bansal

Tejinder Pal Bansal manages the communications of Dream Buds Foundation. He also coordinates and leads the on ground initiatives to be undertaken by Dream Buds Foundation. Tejinder Pal has done ITI course of Networking Technician and also previously worked for seven years in Intermetal company as a group leader in Dubai and works as an executive in SEO Soft Solutions in Mohali.

He is an active team member of the Foundation who honestly and confidently manages the on field initiatives of the foundation and earnestly possesses a strong desire to serve the humanity.

Gagandeep Rai

Gagandeep supervises the smooth carrying out of the initiatives of Dream Buds Foundation. Prior to the activities of the Foundation, Gagandeep oversees the details such as the coordination with the team members and volunteers and further implementation of the plan of carrying out the entire event of the Foundation as planned.

Gagandeep has a degree of Bachelor of Science (Hotel Management and Catering Technology) and has previously also worked as a supporting administrative staff member at Golden Bowel restaurant in Mohali for three and half years.

Jarnail Singh

Jarnail Singh is an active member in carrying out the day to day activities of the Dream Buds Foundation such as driving around and taking the team and the volunteers to the desired locations to undertake the initiatives of the Foundation, supporting the team in bringing items to be donated as assigned and further doing the tasks as instructed by the team.

Jarnail Singh is a driver and has over 15 years of driving experience and is a very dedicated worker.
